On behalf of Mr O’Brien’s CSPE class, 3 Aran would like to thank everyone for their generous donations of toiletries for their CSPE action project. The class collected over 500 toiletries including shampoo, shower gel and toothpaste for the Capuchin Day Centre. They also went to the Day Centre on Friday the 2nd of December. Here they heard a brief description of what happens at the Day Centre from Brother Kevin (founder of Capuchin Day Centre) and Mr Alan Bailey. Then they were asked some questions, sang songs and presented their donation of €626.00 to Brother Kevin along with all of the toiletries.
Overall it was a great day and the class would like to thank everyone that took part in the collection and to all of the committees in the class for organising and making the day possible.
